bolstr has zero tolerance for fraudulent purchases. We report suspicious orders and IP addresses to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and International Police (INTERPOL). We also work with local authorities to assist with a fraud investigation.

bolstr does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site and is not responsible for the content of these communications and materials. If bolstr mistakenly lists a product at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for the product listed at the incorrect price. If we charge your credit card for the purchase and you cancel the order, bolstr shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price. bolstr reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not we confirm your order and charge your credit card.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
